The permitting section of the Division of Water and Waste Management is a major regulatory arm of the Agency that manages all non-mining water permits, solid waste permits and hazardous waste permits. Such permits as NPDES General Permits, NPDES Stormwater General Permits, 401 & 404 Certification and Stream Disturbance Permits are those typically of use by contractors and construction companies. We are able to assist in the preparation of these permits.
