ADVANCED LAND SERVICES, INC. and MINE SURVEYING, INC. are full service land surveying firms.  Formed as Professional Surveying & Mapping, Inc. in October of 1992, we have grown from a three-employee firm to the fourteen employee company that we are today.  We operate five full time field crews, maintain a fleet of six vehicles, ATV’s and four workstations.

We utilize AutoCadd and SurvCadd software for our design and surveying needs.  SedCad for our hydraulic design.  Our field instrumentation consists of Topcon Automatic Total Stations, GPS and Theodolites as well as Nikon Automatic Total Stations.

Our home office is located 3.5 miles west of Kingwood, West Virginia in scenic Preston County.  We provide all types of services within West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

All of our services can be quoted as per your request.  All projects require an ‘Agreement’.  For your protection, and ours, we maintain a high level of professional liability insurance coverage.
